Cancelling

What's refunded depends on how long before your booking starts you cancel:

• 5 days or more before it starts: 50% refund

• 3 days or more before it starts: 25% refund

Moving to another date

You can move your booking to another date at no extra cost, up to 5 days before it starts.

You may cancel a gift voucher within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation for a full refund, unless you have already used it to make a booking. After 24 hours, gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. A gift voucher lasts for 3 months from the day it's bought.
